
【Abstract】 Aiming at the product characteristics of strain gauge weighing sensor manufacturing enterprises with "multiple varieties and small batches" and the manufacturing mode of "coexistence of product development and mass production", this paper analyzes how strain gauge weighing sensor manufacturing enterprises can establish a management system integrating industrialization and informatization, and use digital means to optimize process design processes, production control processes, quality control processes and cost management processes to support the long-term development and transformation and upgrading of enterprises. By establishing a three-dimensional digital collaborative development system for strain gauge weighing sensors and a digital flexible production line suitable for product manufacturing models and process characteristics, a "rigid and flexible" digital factory can be realized.

I. Overview
At the advent of the new industrial revolution of "Industry 4.0", my country has timely proposed the "Made in China 2025" development strategy, which has injected strong development momentum into the manufacturing industry and brought unlimited development opportunities to the sensor industry.
The development strategy of Made in China 2025 revolves around the principles of innovation-driven, quality-first, green development, structural optimization, and talent-based, aiming at the new generation of information technology and high-end equipment to improve the innovation capacity of the manufacturing industry. Its essence is the integration of industrialization and informatization, accelerating the transformation of my country's manufacturing industry from big to strong, and enhancing the international competitiveness of my country's manufacturing industry. The core driving force of the development strategy of Made in China 2025 is to grasp intelligent manufacturing and try to realize digital production lines and digital factories. It is the fundamental way to solve the transformation of China's manufacturing industry from a big country to a strong country. Digital production lines refer to products, production operations, and manufacturing resources as the core, based on digital product design data, increasing digital basic conditions, widely applying digital advanced technologies, introducing digital equipment, and realizing digital management and control of product production processes. The digital production line of strain gauge weighing sensor products is different from the traditional assembly line. Its essence is a logical production line formed by each manufacturing unit and manufacturing process based on the product manufacturing process. The product flow and information flow are circulated smoothly between the various manufacturing processes through digital means. It is actually a digital flexible production line for each key process. Digital factory is a new manufacturing model, an application embodiment of the integration of modern industrialization and informatization, and the only way to achieve intelligent manufacturing. With the help of informatization and digitalization technology, digital factory provides an overall solution for comprehensive management and control of enterprise production through integration, simulation, analysis, control and other means.
